Everything in between were solid performers that I enjoyed riding, but weren't outstanding. The top ten are pretty stellar bikes, the bottom six were either critically flawed or just didn't fit/work well for me. I'm going to post bikes of other types as well for fun, all have been raced XC except the drop bar bikes. The Fuji Feather Professional was a striking, well built and decked out machine aimed at the top of the market. Now begins the BMX bikes In 1979 they introduced the Fuji Feather (Professional) and the MX-500 at the Fuji Japan Cycle Show. I debated posting this in another forum, but I think this is the best as we likely have similar tastes in bikes. Fuji became famous for their unique frames and welds at this time. I did realize that I've had some bikes I've been very fond of at the time of ownership, but not quite to the same level as my current bike. It got me thinking if I've ever liked a bike as much at the time of ownership.against it's contemporary competitors, trying to put myself in that moment.when I own the bike. It's absolutely perfect for our trails and how I ride and far more versatile than it's intent and reputation. I've been thinking about how happy I am with my current bike and how I feel no need to replace it. |
